How requests are handled
When you submit a request through Basegrid, it is reviewed manually and categorized before any routing. Requests are not published publicly and are not added to a public directory.
Information from your request may be shared with a limited number of relevant providers only when the consent option at submission has been ticked. You can ask Basegrid to delete your request at any time by replying to the confirmation email.
How provider listings are handled
Provider applications are reviewed manually before any listing goes live. Listing information you submit (company name, website, category, country, description, and contact email) may be displayed publicly on Basegrid as part of your provider profile.
Analytics and cookies
Basegrid uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated traffic patterns. No personal account data is collected, since Basegrid does not currently use logins or accounts.
